Enquiry line team

Our enquiry line team members all have a direct connection to PDA and are specially trained to answer your enquiry in a supportive, caring, and confidential manner.

For enquiries about children (under 18), our team members who are parents to PDA children can help.

For enquiries about adults (over 18), our team of PDA adults and parents of PDA adults can help.

We aim to answer your enquiry within 3-5 working days. To help us deal with your enquiry quickly and efficiently please follow the guidance below:

  • ​Please ensure that your initial enquiry is concise and focuses on the main points you’re seeking support with.
  • ​​​​Please don’t send any professional/school reports, letters or other documents as our enquiry line team can not comment on these.
  • Our emails can sometimes be filtered into junk/spam/social/promotions folders – please check yours if you haven’t heard back from us in your inbox within 3-5 working days.
  • The allocated time for telephone enquiries is approximately 30 minutes. We are only able to make telephone calls within the UK.
  • We are a small charity, based and funded in the UK. If you contact us from outside the UK, we will still do our best to help, but please be aware that we may not have country-specific information.

Confidentiality and safeguarding

All enquiries are treated confidentially, unless there are any concerns regarding safeguarding. Any concerns regarding safeguarding, in accordance with our policy, would be forwarded to our safeguarding lead to be dealt with in accordance with current legislation and guidelines.
